QBD Reading Challenge Wrap-up Post

As the year comes to a close, so are my reading challenges, and I’m getting very close to being able to tick all of them off. With one left to complete – The Australian Women Writer’s Challenge – I’ve managed to wrap every other challenge. My one hurdle with this challenge was a coffee table book – not something I would usually read, so I had to do some research and hunting to find one, and eventually did so I could complete this challenge, because with such broad and easy to fill categories, I didn’t want to leave the challenge unfinished. So, below is my completed list, with links to the books I have reviewed.

  •  A classic novel: Anne of Green Gables by L.M. Montgomery
  • A book adapted for screen: Anne of Green Gables by L.M. Montgomery
  • A book you bought on sale: Anne Frank: The Diary of a Young Girl by Anne Frank, edited by Otto Frank and Mirjam Pressler
  • A Coffee Table book: Bookish Broads: Women Who Wrote Themselves into History by Lauren Marino
  • A Favourite Children’s book: Anne of Green Gables by L.M. Montgomery
