October 2024 Reading Round Up

A beige square with 15 colourful book covers in a range of genres and audience groups. It has black text in the middle that says October 2024 Reading Round Up.

During October I read 16 books – not as many as I had hoped, as I had a few things going on and a trip away, but I managed to get in a few good reads, and most were reviewed, apart from one that I struggled with. I have a few things going on over the next few months, so hopefully I can maintain keeping up with everything, and getting on top of it all so things don’t get too hectic with volunteering, reading, reviewing and any work that comes my way. I’m hoping to get through a rather large stack in November, including a few review books that are waiting patiently to be read. And Dymocks sneakily added a Christmas Leftovers part to their challenge, which I have included below and will be aiming to fill these within the next two months.

  1. The Colour of Revenge by Cornelia Funke
  2. The Sweetness Between Us by Sarah Winifred Searle
  3. Junkyard Fairies: Dig Deep by Edwina Wyatt
  4. Thunderhead by Sophie Beer
  5. Lies and Deception: A Reggie Da Costa Mystery by Larraine Stephens
  6. The Lost Book of Magic by Amelia Mellor
  7. If Only He Never by T.C. Correy
