July 2023 Reading Round Up

I read 18 books in July and reviewed 16 of them. Many of them were aimed at younger readers, as I do get many from Scholastic as well, and this is my focus. Nearly all were Australian authors too, and there was a mix of genres and styles. I’ve also started another book bingo card and have two prompts left for my QBD Reading Challenge. And I completed the Winter prompts for the Dymocks Reading Challenge as well.

  1. When You Wish Upon A Star by Elizabeth Lim
  2. Saving Charli by Di Walker
  3. Set in Stone by Mari Macusi
  4. Cub and Brown by Edwina Wyatt
  5. Captain Thunderbolt’s Recital by Jane Jolly and Liz Duthie
  6. Honey and the Valley of Horses by Wendy Orr
  7. The Ghost Book by Remy Lai
  8. The January Stars by Kate Constable
  9. Jawsome by R.J. Timmis
  10. The Wish Sisters 3: The Running Wish by Allison Rushby
  11. The Wish Sisters 4: The Pet Wish by Allison Rushby
  12. The Dog Squad: The Newshound by Clara Vulliamy
  13. Bluebird by Sharon Cameron
  14. The Woman in the Library by Sulari Gentill
  15. The Fortune Maker by Catherine Norton
  16. A Little Princess by Frances Hodgson Burnett
  17. The Princess and the Suffragette by Holly Webb
  18. Andy and Ghost Boy by Karen Tyrrell
