Non-Australian Women Read in 2024

A pale tan background with rows of books at the top and bottom in white, red, blue and yellow, with a wonky dark tan circle in the middle that has black text that says Books by Non-Australian Women

I read 30 books by non-Australian women in 2024 – these authors came from all over the world, and some were translated, whilst others I had to do some research to determine where they’d fit into, because not every author’s biography tells you where they live. I tried to be as diverse as possible, but like with any of my round ups, it often came down to what was available or what I had at hand. I feel like I covered a lot of stories as well, which meant that I came across stories I didn’t know were around as well. So I covered a lot of ground with these authors, and will see how I go in 2025.
