I wasn’t going to add another challenge, but the Reading(s) Challenge 2026 looked interesting, and it’s running from February to November, so one prompt a month. I will hopefully be able to fill all of these in, even if it means some re-reading where necessary. Doing that will be good, and ensure that I will be able to find a book for most of these prompts. There are a couple that will be specific to the month, but I should be able to fill those with what I have or get throughout the year.
I have already been able to fill in February, so my update for that will go up on my Instagram soon. Like with all challenges, I’ll be filling this in as I am able to or when I find something. And have lists for May and October to explore already. I’m looking forward to seeing how I can fill these in and how many I can mark off!
February: A touch of romance
March: A green cover
April: A funny book
May: An author appearing at MWF
June: A cosy read
July: A debut author
August: Recommended by a Readings bookseller
September: A First Nations author
October: A Readings Prize winner
November: An author appearing at A Day in Carlton
